Kundalini yoga is a meditative practice, which can bring us into a deep space of awareness and inner connection. A Kundalini yoga session will include physical postures (kriya), mantra (sound), pranayam (breath work) and meditation and every class is suitable for all levels of experience and ability.

Join Dayna, Gemma and Harriette for a 1/2 day retreat at yogahaven Solihull to help us recharge and reset the mind, body and soul for the season ahead.

Together we will learn how to nurture and nourish ourselves for the coming months by exploring qigong, yoga, meditation, positive psychology and nutrition.

Dayna is a qigong and yin yoga expert. Her practice works in harmony with the seasons to promote ultimate vitality and is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine’s five element theory.

This holistic approach addresses emotional imbalances and aligns with the natural seasonal cycles with profound impacts on energy levels, stress and anxiety.

Harriette marries the science of positive psychology with the ancient philosophy of yoga to help people make positive changes in their lives. She loves to introduce psychology exercises that are proven to help us flourish. Expect to take a deep dive into what makes you tick, your personal values and strengthen your super power of self awareness.
